Celts Win 3rd In a Row

BOSTON -- Despite one of the worst shooting nights of Kevin Garnett's career, the Boston Celtics found a way to get a big fourth-quarter rally against the Washington Wizards. Ray Allen scored a game-high 25 points, including a go-ahead 3-pointer with 17.1 seconds remaining, and the Celtics surged past the Washington Wizards 86-83 on Sunday."Fans, people around the building look at other teams and tend to think they are not supposed to score or even be in the game," Allen said. "They [Wizards] are getting paid the same as we are and I told the guys at halftime that we need to make them more uncomfortable."Boston trailed 79-66 with 6:11 remaining and responded with a 20-4 run to close out the game with eight points from Allen and six from guard Rajon Rondo.

Awesome finish to the game. That's 3 wins a row, kids. Lakers lost 3 in a row. I guess I don't really understand why people are so down on the Celtics this year. Yeah, they're old and have blown way too many leads this season but they're record is 3rd best in the East. They're about 2 games behind Orlando for the 2 seed and don't try to tell me Orlando would roll over Boston in a 7 game series. This is first time all year we had all of our players healthy. I think it's gonna make a big difference. Even Tiny Nate is gonna help out a bit. And that is something I thought I'd never say.
