ORLANDO, Fla. (AP)—NFL commissioner Roger Goodell plans to meet with Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger(notes) about the star’s off-field problems.
I would love to be sitting in on this conversation. Like i envy the guy that gets to document this. I really want to know what Roger Goodell's going to say to Roethlisberger. I think it could go one or two ways. Goodell could walk in there and be all business. Basically telling Roethlisberger how much of a screw up he is, and how much he's tarnishing the NFL name. Then he explains the consequences, blah, blah, blah, the usual stuff. Or, it could go down like this: Goodell walks in to his office and throws Big Ben a beer, and they chat about life and shit. They might touch a little on how he raped numerous girls, but i doubt it because that would be pretty awkward and Goodell is just not one of those kinds of guys. On a more serious note, if Roethlisberger gets out of this without any reprocutions at all, there is something seriously wrong with humanity. I say ban him from the NFL so there is one less scrub that Brady has to deal with.
