During Denver's 109-92 victory, a former Nuggets ball boy, Laquan Johnson, got into the club's locker room, took Kenyon Martin's car keys and filled the player's Range Rover with buttered popcorn. The car had a white interior. Martin discovered the damage as he was about to exit Denver's Pepsi Center. At the time, he had no idea who had pulled the prank. Angered, he went back to the locker room spewing profanities and threats at teammates and other members of the organization. "That ain't no [expletive] joke," Martin said. "I'm going to find out who did it ... put my [expletive] hands on one of y'all. I'm going to put my hands on whoever did it. You better believe that. It's [expletive] personal. You better believe it." Martin, who has missed 15 games with a torn patella tendon in his left knee, threatened to boycott the postseason if he did not find out who was responsible. "How 'bout if I don't play in the playoffs until somebody tells me who did it," Martin said more than once.
Let's get something out of the way. Kenyon Martin is a complete clown. And not clown in the lovable classmate kind of a way. He's a clown in the way that nobody takes him seriously and when he actually takes himself seriously, that's when the comedy comes out. He has a fucking lipstick tattoo on his neck. C'mon, bro. Listen, I know Kenyon Martin. I've followed his career since he was a dominating force at Cincy and then when blew out his knee in New Jersey. Like the guy tried to pick a fight with Stephon Marbury when he was a Knick. And then last year he wanted to throw down with Mark Cuban. As in white, 5 foot 10 Dallas Mav's owner, Mark Cuban. He's a joke. HAVING SAID THAT, you don't fuck around with a man's vehicle. No matter how much of a tool he is. There's 3 things you don't fuck around with and that's a car, another man's significant other and family pets. Doing so would only result in getting your eyes pulled out of your asshole and rightfully so.
