NOOOOO!!!!!

Portland Trail Blazers guard Brandon Roy has a torn meniscus in his right knee, and his status for the playoffs is uncertain. Roy missed Monday night’s game against Oklahoma City and will also sit out Wednesday’s regular-season finale against Golden State. He will need surgery that will keep him out from four to six weeks. But Roy said he might try to play with the injury in the playoffs because doctors told him it could not worsen. Roy is the Blazers’ leading scorer at 21.8 points a game. He injured his knee on Sunday when the Blazers played at the Lakers. Portland has clinched a spot in the playoffs, but its opponent in the first round has yet to be determined.

Have I ever said how much I like Brandon Roy? I know I've professed my love for the Blazers and Rudy Fernandez but Roy is the meat and potatoes of the team. Just the full package. All business and so fucking underrated it's not even funny. I remember when people would question whether him or Nate Robinson would have better pro careers when they were at Washington and now Tiny Nate can't even get off the bench in Boston. I don't know. Portland and OKC are the motherfucking future of the NBA though so you want these young guys to get their playoff reps now. It sucks. It sucks balls. It sucks donkey dong balls. Oden, Bayless, Roy, Batum, Fernandez. Your 2013 western conference finalists.

P.S. There is a positive to this injury. More playing time for Ruuddyyyyy!
