UFL legit?

Jim Haslett, Jim Fassel, and Dennis Green three former NFL head coaches have all agreed principle contracts to coach in the United Football Leauge. Can this league actually be legit, i though it was a joke but these guys are no XFL scrubs. All i know is there gonna have a team in hartford and this guys gonne be first in line for season tickets. Now they just need some players, im thinking Maurice Clarrett at rb, Tim Orie at qb, Dillon Desi at wideout, and Adam Avery at left tackle. A grizzly lineup indeed.
