Two weeks ago on "Conan" there was a video of Will Ferrell talking about how he was going to shave Conan O'Brien's beard on May 2. Over the next few nights Will Ferrell kept interrupting the show with his videos about how he was going to shave off Conan's beard. The videos were classic Will Ferrell.
