SAN ANTONIO (AP)—Maya Moore scored 23 points and helped Connecticut rally Tuesday night from a horrible first half to beat Stanford 53-47 for its second straight undefeated championship season.
Two undefeated seasons in a row, thats crazy. Packard must've been in the locker room during halftime because Uconn straight up sucked the first half, and then completely turned it around for the second half. 12 points the whole first half, my grandma couldve done better. They're lucky that Stanford also sucked and only scored 20. I bet they went into that locker room and got the lecture of their lives. Packard walks in, slams a few lockers, puts his foot up on the bench, and yells "Dont throw stones if you live in a glass house!!" and he leaves. The locker room is completely silent and every girl in there just thinks about what he said. A few ass slaps as they walk back on to the court and they tear it up during the second half. I'm like 90% sure thats what happened. Maya Moore is the reason Uconn was able to win though, That girl is ridiculous. Since the guys team was so horrible this year, it makes me happy to see the girls team win it all. Keep that streak going through next season, Geno. Proud of you.
