UConn Player Arrested For Kiddie Porn. Not Kitty Porn. That's Totally Acceptable

STORRS, Conn. -- A University of Connecticut football player has been arrested on child pornography charges. Greg McKee, 18, turned himself in to state police on Wednesday morning. McKee, a 6-foot-6, 290 pound offensive lineman from Chicago, has not played for the Huskies and was sitting out his freshman year in order to have four years of eligibility left. The school announced Tuesday night that McKee had been indefinitely suspended from the team but did not give a reason. Mike Enright, a spokesman for the program, said there would be no comment on the arrest. McKee was being held on $75,000 bond and was scheduled to be arraigned Wednesday in Superior Court on charges of obsenity, importing child pornography and promoting a minor in an obscene performance. An e-mail message left Wednesday for McKee seeking comment wasn't immediately returned. It wasn't immediately known if he had a lawyer. Lt. J. Paul Vance, a state police spokesman, said the state's computer crime's unit received information that led the seizure of some computer equiptment from McKee's dorm room last month. "We're part of a national network, if you will," Vance said. "The information was credible, so we initiated a criminal investigation, identified a target and executed a search warrent."

Yikes! I'll never understand child pornography. I've never seen it or desired too but still you gotta question what these creeps are looking at. In the words of The Outfield, "You know I like my girls a little bit older." But how does one obtain child porn? Or as they say "importing" it. You can't go around asking for it like it's crack, right?  And how do the police know you have it? Can they tap into your computer whenever the fuck they want? Some Patriot Act bullshit?  Cause I think this blog would put me on a terrorist watch list or something. Or even worse, they'd read my One Tree Hill and Tom Brady posts and think I'm a gay. That's the absolute worst. Call me a terrorist, tell me I'm a scumbag who shops in the kids deparment of the Gap but don't you dare classify me as a homosexual.
