VERNON — A convicted sex offender who police said failed to tell authorities about his move has been arrested. Scott J. Boucher, 41, was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon in Boston Sept. 17, police said. He told Boston police he lived on Perrin Street in Roxbury, Mass., Officer Dan Champagne said. Boston police notified the Connecticut state police sex offender registry unit, with whom Boucher had an address of 26 Allen Drive in Vernon.
Something tells me that assault and battery with a dangerous weapon wasn't with a gun. Maybe a love gun. I guess it's true of what they say about most criminals. You'd never expect it from a guy like him. Kept to himself, was always a gentleman, comes from a great family with a dog named Bear.
P.S. No, Coach Neil. This doesn't get you off the hook for best story of 2010.
