SOUTH WINDSOR, Conn. -- Police said a South Windsor man posted an ad on Craigslist offering to give away a child because he said he thought it would be funny.South Windsor police said their department was contacted May 8 by Avon police after an Avon resident reported seeing the ad. They said the ad included a picture of a child that appeared to be about 5 years old.Avon police said they tracked the Internet address of the computer from which the ad was posted to South Windsor.South Windsor police said they went later the same day to the Stanley Drive home where Ryan Bissett, 20, admitted to posting the ad. They said Bissett does not have a child.
