WATERBURY, Conn. -- A Connecticut prosecutor won't pursue a sexual assault charge against a Naugatuck man accused of licking a girl's face.Richard Giattino, 49, was arrested last month following an argument. He was accused of licking a 12-year-old girl's face after she hit him with a ball. Court record show the Waterbury state's attorney's office decided Wednesday not to prosecute the case.

Bahahahaaa. That is my kind of man and my kind of logic. Man gets hit with a ball in the face, man licks 12 year old girl's face. Boom. Any questions? Call me friendly or call me sexy, but why charge the man with trying to bring the world together? Talk about killing a motherfucker with kindness. If licking faces is a crime then consider me a criminal at large. We didn't prosecute Gandhi for being a non violent dude. MLK is a hero for his peaceful protesting and I gotta hand it to Naugatuck for not charging the 49 year old sketch ball for sexual assault. Bravo boys, bravo. Because if there is one that doesn't seem wrong with this case, it's a 49 year old guy licking a 12 year old girls face. Yeah, that sounds just perfect.
