RIVERTON, Wyo. -- Police say a man suspected of stealing a bottle of Schnapps from a Wyoming grocery store didn't have the best escape route planned. Riverton police say the 26-year-old ran out of the store after grabbing the bottle of booze and a package of cough drops Wednesday and hid in a nearby building, which happened to be the police station. Police say the man then ran out of the police station, but not before a dispatcher had spied him on the station's surveillance camera and alerted officers.
Really? Schnapps? That shit costs like 15 bucks, bro. Let me know when you wanna start drinking like a 26 year old. If I'm gonna rob a store you better believe daddy is coming to play. We're talking top shelf liquor baby. But anyway, call this guy any name you want but don't sit there and try to tell me he wasn't planning ahead. The motherfucker yanked himself a package of cough drops before he took off. Why is that you ask? Well I know I get a sore throat after a night of heavy drinking so this fella was planning on having a fantastic evening without the painful morning. As for the part about running into a police station to hide out, I got no explanation for you. Just glad to know he got home safe.
