The Olympics Are Starting To Piss Me Off

WHISTLER, British Columbia -- The International Ski Federation says that the men's Olympic super-combined race has been postponed due to heavy snowfall. The race was supposed to happen Tuesday. No new date was immediately set for the event at the Vancouver Olympics. However, officials had indicated on Monday that the race would be moved to Friday if it had to be delayed. Postponements on the Alpine schedule have been common following the mix of warm temperatures, snow, rain and fog that wreaked havoc with the Alpine schedule last week. The women's downhill training that also was set for Tuesday has been canceled. This time, organizers said that heavy snowfall throughout the night and soft conditions on the lower section of the course prompted the move.

I understand the postponement for warm temperatures. You don't wanna fuck with slush and ice when you're flying down a hill on one ski like Bode Miller does. But Canceling because of snow? Like the stuff that they said there wasn't enough of? I don't know if there's anything more satisfying to the eye than watching alpine skiing in HD with heavy snow fall and now they wanna take that one joy from me today. That means I'm down to 0 good things. I have nothing to look forward to for the next 24 hours. And I gotta go to school so I can't even watch USA hockey and CT's finest in Chris Drury play Switzerland in the battle for Geneva. I guess we still have Johnny Weir.

What's the O/U on how long it takes Bode Miller to go on a drunken tirade about the cancellation of all of his events?
