Dustin Pedroia Was Running Around Naked?

WEST HARTFORD, Conn. -- A nude man running around Bishops Corner in West Hartford was subdued by officers with a stun gun on Sunday, police said. Police said David Julian, 23, was high on PCP at the time of the incident and was fighting to get away from officers.Police said officers caught up with Julian at the intersection of North Main Street and Route 44.Julian was taken to the hospital for treatment, and was later taken into police custody.

When do you become too old to be caught running around naked while high on PCP? It's gotta be like 21, right?
