Hiroshima Carp's Masato Akamatsu Makes Ridiculous Spider-Man-Like Catch

Hiroshima Carp's Masato Akamatsu made a Spider-Man like catch to prevent a bomb from Yokohama Bay Stars's Shuichi Murata yesterday. If only he was preventing bombs 65 years ago (August 6, 1945 - sort of creepy this almost happened on the exact day). I've seen Ocean'sEleven, Asians are so crafty and nimble so if there ever was to be a catch like this I expected it to be by an Asian. My favorite part of the video might be the fact that the crowd and his teammates treated it as if he made a decent sliding catch. No one stood up and the pitcher simply gave him 2 light claps.

This catch was absolutely ridiculous and rivals the opening day play by Mark Buehrle. I know people get salty when saying a play was better than Buehrle's so I am going to put this to a vote. Which play was better? Don't feel pressured into voting for Akamatsu's catch just because you feel bad for events that happened 65 years ago. The poll is below the videos.

Which is the better play?
