CLEVELAND -- A police report says a gun that Cleveland Browns player Shaun Rogers allegedly tried to carry through airport security was cocked with a bullet in the chamber. The Plain Dealer reported Monday that the police report states the cocked semiautomatic handgun was on safe mode with seven bullets in the magazine and one in the chamber. Rogers has pleaded not guilty to a concealed weapons charge after authorities say he tried to carry the handgun through airport security in a carryon bag.
Yikes. It's like he watched 4 seasons of 24 before his flight and said, "That's not happening. Not on my watch." Why else would he bring a loaded gun with 1 in the chamber on the plane? He's not a terrorist. That beard is a little suspect but he's no infidel. I feel like the government should employ big 350 pound black guys to sit on planes with loaded guns to scare off the terrorists. Little Muhammad wants to make his run to the cockpit with a butter knife then Rasheed from Detroit stands up, folds his arms and points him back to his seat. Think about it. It could work.
