Duke says her attorneys worked to remove the images from a website and are trying to figure out how they were released in the first place.
Duke says she hopes girls learn the lesson that private pictures don't always stay private.
"I did not intend for anybody to see these and now I'm exploited," the 24-year-old told Fox Charlotte. "These were picture I had sent an ex-boyfriend when I was 18. This is the most embarrassing thing that could have ever happened to me."
