UPDATE: Warner Brothers finally posted the trailer online so we have an actual high quality version of it instead of the cell phone camera versions.
The Dark Knight Rises comes out July 20, 2012 which is over a year from now but the first poster was released this week and the official trailer was released and shown for the first time before Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows - Part 2 Thursday at the midnight showings. I know what you're thinking, "that is a run-on sentence if I've ever seen one!". Well how about this to make it up to you - The Dark Knight Rises trailer. It's filmed by someone in the theater because the first time it was shown to the public was about 2 hours ago in the theaters but the quality is pretty good.
Ummmm yes, I'm psyched. That trailer might have sucked but oh well, I'm still excited. It's just the way I roll with movies. The Dark Knight Rises will be the third and final of Christopher Nolan's Batman films. If it is anything even close to The Dark Knight it'll be more awesome than Brian Wilson thinks his beard is and killing Osama Bin Laden combined. Two weeks ago I posted about how a fan captured a clip of filming in England but now you have the first official trailer to go along with that.
