The Ryder Cup is one of the most underrated sporting events and came to a conclusion Monday when Graeme McDowell sunk a 15-foot putt to seal the win for the Nazis, fuck I mean Europeans.
The US started off with everything going wrong. Bad pairings and poor conditions were only the start when we found out later that the raincoats were so poorly made that USGA officials had to go buy new coats from the vending stand. After a poor second day, the US had a lot of ground to cover Monday. And boy did they ever. For one 7 hole stretch, Tiger played 7 under par, showing signs of the Tiger before he stopped fucking mad chicks. Steve Stricker and Lefty both won their matches and Jeff Overton broke late to beat Ross Fisher.
Unfortunately, the US came up just short. McDowell's putt on the 17th clinched the victory for the Europeans, keeping the streak alive of the US not winning the cup on foreign soil since 1993.
