Charlie Davies Is An Asshole.

PARIS -- A French newspaper is reporting that American forward Charlie Davies, who nearly died in a car crash last year, was caught speeding at 125 miles per hour last weekend. The website of Le Progres newspaper reported Friday that Davies was driving an Audi Q7 last Sunday when he was caught on a motorway in France's Jura region. Davies, who plays for French club Sochaux, was involved in a car accident on Oct. 13, 2009, that killed another passenger and left him severely hurt. He was not the driver. He suffered two broken bones in his right leg, a broken and dislocated left elbow, a broken nose, forehead and eye socket, a ruptured bladder and bleeding on the brain.

Is this dude serious? At one time I legitimately felt sympathy for the guy but no more. Fuck him. He's done in my eyes. He entered doug zepka territory. Completely dead to me. It's one thing to be speeding and hurt yourself but it goes up 10 more notches when you kill your buddy and don't learn anything from it. You're basically spitting on his grave and that fucking sucks. Not only as a man and friend but as a human. Just complete immaturity. 25 years old and you're still acting like a child?
